Bartlesville Municipal Court

The Bartlesville Municipal Court handles traffic citations issued by Bartlesville Police Department officers within city limits. The court is located at City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone Ave., in the Council Chambers on the first floor. Court sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00 AM, with some exceptions around holidays. If you receive a citation in Bartlesville, you have 10 working days from the date of the citation to either pay the fine or appear in court. You can pay online through the city's payment portal, in person at the cashier's window at City Hall, or by mail to City of Bartlesville, 401 S. Johnstone Ave., Bartlesville, OK 74003. City Hall hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Friday.

If you want to plead not guilty, you must appear within 10 working days to request a hearing. The judge will set a date when the issuing officer must also be present. Payment plans are available through the judge if you cannot pay the full amount within the 10-day window.
