Noble Municipal Court

Main St., Noble, OK 73068. The mailing address is PO Box 557, Noble, OK 73068. You can reach the court at 405-872-9251, extension 2. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Court dates are scheduled for the first Tuesday of each month. Your citation will show the date you must pay or appear by. Do not miss that date. If you need to set a court date, call the office. Payment methods accepted are cash, check, money order, and debit or credit card. The court does not accept phone payments. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must be with you when you pay or schedule a court date.

Noble Municipal Court traffic convictions get reported to the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety. This means a conviction here can add points to your driving record the same as a district court conviction. More details are at the Noble city municipal court page.

Note: Noble Municipal Court records are not available through OSCN or ODCR. Contact the Noble City Hall directly for those records.

Traffic Points and Oklahoma Driving Record

Noble County traffic convictions add points to your Oklahoma driving record. The state tracks points through the Department of Public Safety. Hit 10 or more points in any 5-year period and you face license suspension. Points stay on your record and add up fast if you get more than one violation.

Point values for common violations: reckless driving is 4 points. Speeding 11 to 25 mph over the limit is 2 points. Speeding 26 to 40 over is 3 points. Going 41 mph or more over the limit is 4 points. Fines double in school zones and construction zones. That applies whether you are in the district court or the Noble Municipal Court. These are state rules and they follow you wherever you drive in Oklahoma.
