Payne County Traffic Court Records

Payne County traffic court records come from two different courts depending on who issued the ticket. District court handles traffic cases from the county sheriff and Oklahoma Highway Patrol. The Stillwater Municipal Court handles traffic violations written by Stillwater Police and Oklahoma State University police within the city limits. Both courts are separate and maintain their own records. Online access to district court records is through OSCN and ODCR. For Stillwater municipal records, contact that court directly at 723 S.
